The preliminary outline enclosed will be reviewed and modified by you <br /> to assure that its purpose and scope meets your needs. <br /> B. You and your staffs will develop all the necessary information about <br /> funding and spending for the 1987-88 year as outlined. In a like manner, you <br /> will develop the necessary information about the use of your various programs <br /> in order to make estimates about their incidence. <br /> C. With the assistance of my colleagues at the Institute of Government, <br /> I will compile a summary of the information developed and make the analysis as <br /> indicated in the study outline. <br /> • D. The four of you will serve as a review committee to advise on <br /> estimates and other questions of scope and treatment as may be necessary. <br /> E. It is anticipated that the information developed by you and your <br /> staffs will be available in September and that the analysis and final report <br /> should be completed about 90 days later. <br /> F. The Institute's charges will be for actual expenses, not to exceed <br /> $2,500. <br /> The subject of the study is one of considerable interest to local <br /> officials throughout the state.
