The lessor is desirous this <br /> arrangement to be continued under the same terms and <br /> conditions. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal between the Efland Rescue <br /> Unit, Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. , and Orange County <br /> for the Efland Rescue Unit building in Efland, North <br /> Carolina to continue for a period of one year commencing <br /> July 1, 1988 and .terminating at 12:00 midnight June 30, <br /> 1989 and to authorize the Chair to sign the lease agreement on behmlf <br /> of the Board of Commissioners. <br />
