(This is the same company that <br /> provided the display approved May 2 in conjunction with the <br /> Special Olympics opening ceremonies.) <br /> The criteria has been met for adequate safety precautions as <br /> well as law enforcement and emergency medical coverage for <br /> the event. Although the Town has guaranteed that the - <br /> required insurance coverage will be in place by July 4, the <br /> County has no proof of insurance at this point. The <br /> recommendation is made contingent upon receipt of the <br /> certificate of insurance declaring coverage and limits for <br /> the event. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: To approve, contingent upon submission of proof of <br /> insurance, a fireworks permit for the Town of Carrboro on <br /> July 4,1988. <br />
