Division of Social Services to *prove the agency's ability to evaluate and plan <br /> for the social and health needs of elderly and/or disabled clients. The Nurse <br /> Consultant will accompany workers when appropriate, on home visits to elderly home <br /> bound clients to assist with assessments, supervise certain tasks Of chore workers <br /> provide in-service training for staff, etc.. <br /> The Home Health Agency of Chapel Hill, Inc. has agreed to provide the professional <br /> services of a nurse (RN) at a cost of $17.00 per hour. <br /> This agreement was approved by the DSS Board on Thursday, May 19, 1988. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the agreement between Orange County and the Home Health Agency of <br /> Chapel Hill, Inc.; and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement. <br />
