Dedicate to public use (Orange County) the Booth Road <br /> right-of-way for the stub-out as indicated on the <br /> preliminary plan. It is zoned Residential-1 and <br /> the Land Use Plan designation is Rural Residential. Twelve (12) lots <br /> and two tracts over ten acres are proposed in two phases out of 62.7 <br /> acres. The open space easement which will be owned and maintained by a <br /> Homeowners Association includes approximately 1.97 acres.
