LEGAL SERVICES CONTRACT - CHILD SUPPORT <br /> To approve the contract with Coleman, Bernholz, Dickerson, <br /> Bernholz, Gledhill and Hargrave, Attorneys at Law to provide legal <br /> representation for the Child Support Office dated July 1, 1988. <br /> 2. LISTING OF EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS IN TELEPHONE DIRECTORIES FOR <br /> HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> To make a request of each telephone company operating in Orange <br /> County for publishing the telephone numbers for hazardous materials <br /> along with other emergency numbers in the telephone directories. <br /> 3. NCDOT CONTRACT APPROVAL FOR A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FEASIBILITY <br /> STUDY <br /> To approve an agreement with the N.C. Department of Transpor- <br /> tation, Public Transportation Division, for funds to hire a <br /> transportation consultant for completing a Public Transportation <br /> Feasibility Study and to establish an Ad Hoc Committee to work with the <br /> Consultant. NCDOT would fund the study up to $10,000 maximum with <br /> Orange County providing a 10% match. <br /> 4. RESOLUTION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE'S LAND RECORDS <br /> MODERNIZATION GRANT PROGRAM <br /> To adopt the resolution stated below indicating the desire of <br /> orange County to continue to participate in the State's Land Records <br /> Modernization grant program for 1988 and forward a copy to the State. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, <br /> that it recognizes and appreciates the Land Records Management <br /> Program of NRCD and its assistance, to counties through matching <br /> grants, and desires to participate in the modernization program <br /> of land records for the 1988-89 fiscal year. It further agrees <br /> to abide by the agreements and contracts with the programs that <br /> are mutually adopted. <br /> 5. EXPANSION OF INSURANCE RATED DISTRICT <br /> To approve the expansion of the East Orange Insurance rated <br /> district from four (4) road miles to five (5) road miles. <br /> 6. NURSE CONSULTATION SERVICES <br /> To approve the agreement between Orange County and the Home <br /> Health Agency of Chapel Hill, Inc. to provide nurse consultation <br /> services for the Adult Services Program, Orange County Department of <br /> Social Services and authorize the Chair to sign the agreement. <br /> ?.
