Since the adoption of the <br /> House Numbering Ordinance by the Board of <br /> Commissioners-on-April 2-1-, 1987,three Chapel Hill <br /> rural routes, 2, 5 and 8, have been converted to <br /> street number addresses. Additionally, Rural Routes 2 <br /> and 3, Rougemont, have more recently been converted to <br /> street number addresses. <br /> Chapel Hill Rural Route 11 and a portion of Route 15 <br /> have now been prepared for conversion to house <br /> numbers. Route 11 includes that area along Highway 54 <br /> East from Neville Road to Old Fayetteville Road, <br />
