261 <br /> PROPOSED BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> The following sheet is the current form used for issuing <br /> building permits. Underlined is information which must be <br /> submitted by the applicant. The Department proposes to <br /> modify this form to include the following: <br /> 1) Highlight the underlined items so that the applicant knows <br /> exactly which items to complete. <br /> 2) Attach line-by-line instructions which will indicate how <br /> or where information is to be found <br /> 3) Attach also instructions for plot plan, building plans, <br /> and any other items which may are a necessary part of the <br /> application, and provide comprehensive checklist for <br /> applicant's convenience. <br /> 4) Add space on the application form for comment and <br /> signature by Current Planning and Erosion Control. <br /> Planning Staff is currently in the process of revising <br /> existing handouts to accomplish 2) and 3) above. Drafts <br /> should be available for your review at the meeting on June 6. <br /> The permit forms will have to be revised and re-ordered <br /> before 1) and 4) above can be accomplished <br />
