PD-1-87 Flowers Mobile Home Park 13 M a 11 <br /> (Request for Extension) <br /> Presentation by Mary Scearbo. <br /> This agenda item is for the consideration of a <br /> request for a six-month extension of the approval <br /> of a Planned Development/Special Use Permit for <br /> Flowers Mobile Home Park, an existing 43-unit <br /> mobile home park located in Eno Township on the <br /> west side of Mt. Hermon Church Road (SR 1812) . <br /> On July 6, 1987, the Board of Commissioners <br /> approved a rezoning and Planned Development/ <br /> Special Use Permit for the addition of 25 mobile <br /> home spaces on the remaining undeveloped 25 <br /> acres. The PD-MHP-Rffadesignation was approved <br /> with nineteen conditions. <br /> Article 7.2 .8 of the Zoning Ordinance states that <br /> construction of a planned development must start <br /> and proceed at a reasonable rate within 12 months <br /> of approval. The owner can request one six-month <br /> extension if the request is made before the <br /> permit expires. <br />
