Because the developer intends to <br /> use a low-pressure wastewater disposal system, the <br /> Planning Board asked if action could be delayed or <br /> referred to public hearing for reconsideration pending <br /> results of the Alternative System Study. The County <br /> Attorney responded that the Zoning Ordinance does not <br /> allow consideration of any issue other than the time <br /> extension itself (letter attached) . On May 16, this <br /> response was presented to the Planning Board. The <br /> Planning Board recommended approval of the time <br /> extension. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the time <br /> extension. If approved, the special use permit would <br /> expire on January 6, 1989. <br />
