Hermon Church Road (SR 1812) . On July 6, 1987, <br /> the Board of Commissioners approved a rezoning and <br /> Planned Development/Special Use Permit for the <br /> addition of 25 mobile home spaces on the remaining <br /> undeveloped 25 acres. The PD-MHP-R-1 designation was <br /> approved with 19 conditions. (See attached minutes. ) <br /> Article 7.2.8 of the Zoning Ordinance states that — <br /> construction of a planned development must start and <br /> proceed at a reasonable rate within 12 months of <br /> approval. The owner can request one six-month <br /> extension if the request is made before the permit <br /> expires. <br /> The applicant indicated in the attached letter that <br /> the length of time needed to obtain all State and <br /> local permits will exceed the deadline of July 6, <br /> 1988. <br />
