Mr. <br /> Peloquin continued that he felt more erosion <br /> would occur with a Class A road. Jacobs asked if <br /> Mr. Peloquin would be agreeable to a Class A road <br /> if permitted to be divided in those areas where <br /> wider travelways are needed. Mr. Peloquin <br /> indicated that he would much prefer a Class B <br /> road and that erosion was still a major concern <br /> as well as preservation of natural areas. After <br /> checking the Private Road Standards, Collins <br /> stated that there are no provisions for medians <br /> but pull-overs could be provided. In order to <br /> allow such medians, Collins noted that the <br /> • Private Road Standards would have to be amended. <br /> Jacobs stated that such ,future amendment could be <br /> considered by the Ordirikice Review Committee, <br /> presented to the Planning Board at its June 20 <br /> meeting and to the Board of Commissioners in <br /> July. •" <br /> MOTION: Best moved approval with the Planning Staff <br /> recommendations. Seconded by Pilkey. <br /> VOTE: 6 in favor. <br /> 3 opposed (Taylor, Yuhasz, Best - felt that with <br /> the standards which are in place, a Class A road <br /> must be required) . <br />
