Choose a new road name which is not repeated <br /> elsewhere in the County; <br /> 5. Include in the Restrictive Covenants provisions for <br /> tree protection; <br /> 6. On the final plat, indicate an easement to allow <br /> the residents access along the creek; and <br /> 7. Provide a note restricting access of lots 3 and 4 <br /> to the private road. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval per the <br /> Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
