Continue the 30 foot wide drainage easement <br /> shown on sheet 3 along the drainage ways <br /> through lot 11. All easements must be shown <br /> on the final plat. <br /> 5. Include in the stormwater management plan <br /> provisions to control the peak rate of runoff <br /> for the 10-year storm to the predevelopment <br /> rate. <br /> 6. Provide a registered engineer's calculations <br /> and certification that proposed improvements <br /> to the road crossing at Price's Creek will <br /> not decrease the flood carrying capacity of <br /> the stream. <br /> 7. Provide a note on the final plat which <br /> restricts access of lots 19, 20, 21, and 22 <br />
