" '
I would recommend the provision of some type of access from
• the proposed greenway to a point adjoining the Heritage Hills
Recreation Area. The residents of this existing subdivision
are currently using the tract denoted as "greenway" and will
probably continue to do So, even upon the development of the
• , proposed subdivision. Provision of a designated "access way"
down to the area could prevent unauthorized pedestrian ,
traffic from the Heritage Hills Recreation Area going across
proposed lots 25, 26, and 27 and onto the greenway.
I recommend a 30' easement be provided along the denoted 20'
Type A Buffer area as shown on the attached. (This would
give additional buffer to the current Heritage Hills -
residents whose homes back up to the proposed lots 25, 26,
•
and 27. ) From my limited knowledge of the legal terminology,
I woul-d th-ink a--"-conservation easement" would be the
appropriate designation, allowing the land to be retained in
private ownership. Please confer with Mr. Gledhill on this mmendation, Emily.
- .
Offices located at 300 W.
