buildings and improvements to be located thereon and/or any other <br /> properties or parcels associated therewith. It is further <br /> understood and agreed that the Purchaser shall in its sole <br /> discretion designate and control the placement and location of <br /> the street and right-of-way within the Roadway Easement. <br /> 2. The Owners grant, bargain, sell and convey to the <br /> Purchaser the non-exclusive right, privilege and easement over <br /> and across the Easement Property for a period of eighteen months <br /> from the date of this Agreement for the purpose of constructing a <br /> paved roadway stubout, hereinafter called the "Stubout" , to be <br /> located in the approximate location of Thrift Road which crosses <br /> lot 33 shown on Exhibit F, attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference, and to intersect the Roadway Easement <br /> between points A and 13 as shown on Exhibit D, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference, and which shall cross lot 33 <br /> and extend to the eastern property line of the property of Ruby <br /> Hunt Merritt described in Exhibit B for the purpose of providing. <br /> access to said property of Ruby Hunt Merritt. The Purchaser <br /> agrees to construct the Stubout within eighteen months from the <br /> date of this Agreement, and that the construction of the Stubout <br /> shall be to the standards and specifications required by the <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation for a residential <br /> collector road, as set forth in the duly 1, 1985 minimum <br /> standards for Subdivision Roads, attached hereto as Exhibit G and <br /> incorporated herein by reference.
