- 130. <br /> are requested or required by any governmental board, agency or <br /> entity to join in the dedication of said street and right-of-way, <br /> the Owners hereby agree to do so, and for the purpose of <br /> installing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, using and <br /> operating all lines, wires, conduits, poles, and their proper <br /> foundations, footings, and other appliances and fixtures for all <br /> manner of utility services which are now or may be in the future <br /> desirable or necessary, together with a perpetual non-exclusive <br /> right and easement to tap onto, hook up to and utilize the same, <br /> subject to all other requirements imposed by Orange or Chatham <br /> County or any other governmental authority having jurisdiction <br /> over such matters, and in conformance with sound civil engineer- <br /> ing practices. It is hereby agreed by and between the parties <br /> that the rights and easements granted to the Purchaser herein or <br /> any of them, may be assigned by Purchaser to Orange or Chatham <br /> County, or an apprdpriate public or private authority or utility <br /> company for the purpose of dedicating any of the utility lines <br /> and facilities constructed by Purchaser to public use, operation <br /> and maintenance. Upon request by Purchaser, the Owners shall <br /> join in any instrument or conveyance necessary to dedicate any <br /> such facilities for public use. The parties agree that the grant ' <br /> of utility easements herein contained are for public and private <br /> utility lines including but not limited to lines for electric, <br /> telephone, gas, water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer utilities <br /> which may be reasonably needed or required for the full service <br /> of the Genron Property and the Easement Property, or future <br /> -3- <br /> 1 <br />
