" <br /> WITN--"ccr-"TH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, Purchaser has purchased certain property <br /> containing approximately 114 acres from the Genron Corporation, <br /> more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference, said property hereinafter <br /> called "Genron Property; " and <br /> WHEREAS, Owners 'own tracts and parcels which are adjacent <br /> and contiguous or near to the Genron Property, which are more <br /> particularly described in Exhibits B and C attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by reference which are sometimes collectively <br /> called "Easement Property; " and <br /> WHEREAS, Purchaser desires to obtain easements over portions <br /> of the Easement Property which will provide access to Booth Road <br /> for the Genron Property and which will in the future provide <br /> access to Booth Road for portions of the Easement Property, and <br /> for the purpose of installing utilities over the aforementioned <br /> 1 <br />
