DWASA' s • <br /> suggestion-of drainage-easements-and-a-stormwater <br /> management structure have been included as conditions <br /> of approval based on similar comments from the County <br /> Erosion Control Supervisor. The issue of using <br /> roadways to carry run off will be addressed with <br /> revisions/additions to the stormwater management plan <br /> • as required by the Erosion Control Ordinance: Any <br /> grassed swales or other drainage structures located <br /> within the public road right-of-way will become the <br /> responsibility of NCDOT at the time the roads are <br /> accepted for State maintenance. Until that time, the <br /> developer must maintain all drainage/erosion control <br /> • <br />
