The tract is zoned Rural <br /> Buffer and Protected Watershed II (University Lake). <br /> The Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan designation is <br /> • • Rural Residential. Adjacent properties include <br /> . Heritane. Hills, Comet Trail, UNC lands, and other <br /> residential lane uses. <br /> • <br /> Thirty-eight (38) residential lots are proposed on the <br /> 143-99-acre-tract, Aza lots-are over two acres-i-n-si-ze <br /> • (average 2. 6 acres) .
