Weiss applauded the community action <br />in Orange County and encouraged the <br />audience to keep their elected <br />representatives accountable for addressing <br />the needs of the population. <br />Following the keynote address, forum attendees were divided into discussion <br />circles such that each participant went to two discussions. The first concurrent <br />circles were Housing and Transportation, followed by Information/Access to <br />Services and Transitional Care.
