He said he is in favor of economic development, as <br /> long as it is not noisy or smelly, and does not affect property values. <br /> Mark Marcoplos referred to the drive thru issue, and said he was on the Planning Board <br /> in 2010 when this was last discussed. He said at that time, the idea of having a public <br /> education campaign on pollution, etc. in reference to drive thrus was discussed. He said he <br /> thought it was a good idea at that time, and suggested implementing the same idea now. He <br /> said cars idling in carlines at schools emit far more gas than at a drive thru. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs asked Perdita Holtz if page 21, oil and gas extraction, should be <br /> excluded. <br /> Perdita Holtz said sector 21 was not listed, and if it is not listed it is not prohibited. <br /> Perdita Holtz said staff would talk with the Attorney's office, and would come back to the <br /> Board. He said the church is <br /> happy to host neighborhood discussions on this topic. <br /> Neal Corina said he is also a representative of the church, as well as a resident in the <br /> area. He said it makes sense to defer an item and discuss more thoroughly. <br />
