The Board must exclude from <br /> consideration both their personal and the public's opinions with respect to the disposition <br /> of this request. <br /> 1. Chair will declare the public hearing open and ask all parties intending to offer testimony <br /> and/or evidence to come forward and be sworn by the Clerk. <br /> The clerk will administer the oath indicating that the testimony the individual is about to <br /> give is the truth, the whole, truth, and noting but the truth to their knowledge.
