It was <br /> agreed, if it was ready, to add to agenda item #9, <br /> Planning Board Items. <br /> Vice-Chair Pilkey noted that Chair Jacobs would <br /> arrive late and that the approval of minutes and <br /> Chair comments would be deferred until that time. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4: COMMISSIONERS BRIEFS - May 19, 1987 <br /> - May 26, 1987 <br /> - June 1 , 1987 <br /> Informational only. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #5 : PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> Pilkey reported on the dam site committee meeting <br /> indicating Corporation Lake as the probable dam <br /> site. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #7 : SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS <br /> a. Eno River Estates - Preliminary <br /> (Cedar Grove Township) <br /> Presentation by Greg Szymik. <br /> The property in question is located in Cedar Grove <br /> Township extending from Lake Orange Road ( SR <br /> 1323) . There are 27 lots proposed out of <br /> approximately 81 acres. The average lot size is 2.9 <br /> acres, and the subdivision will be developed in two <br /> (2) phases. The roads in the subdivision will be <br /> constructed to NCDOT standards for a residential <br /> subdivision. Lake Orange Road and the Eno River <br /> Bridge will be upgraded to NCDOT standards as well . <br />
