A unit numbering system and corresponding unit location <br /> based on the equal interval numbering system employed by <br /> Orange County shall be permitted to and approved by the <br /> Planning Department prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permit. This system shall be used in obtaining and issuing <br /> any building permit. Any change in the unit numbering <br /> system must be filed with the Orange County Planning <br /> Department. An approved copy shall also be filed with the <br /> emergency/fire service agency serving the park. <br /> 14. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> public improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br /> 15. The final site plan and narrative of the project incor- <br /> porating all changes, deletions and additions through the <br /> final approval of the project are incorporated herein and <br /> made a part of this Planned Development Special Use Permit. <br /> A copy of the final site plan and narrative are on file <br /> with the Orange County Planning Department. Grading and <br /> building permits, upon application, will be issued after <br /> approval and recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 16. The development shall be built and operated according to <br /> the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br /> developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br /> 17. Should any of the above conditions be held invalid, this <br /> approval shall be void. <br /> 18. Building heights shall be no more than 25 feet. <br /> 19. An attached structure shall be at least 5 feet from any <br /> other mobile home or building. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 9. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - ARTICLE 2. 3 .3 <br /> Greg Szymik presented for consideration a Zoning Ordinance <br /> Amendment to Article 2 .3 . 3 which would change the notification procedure <br /> for public notices for amendments to ordinances. This change would make <br /> the procedures uniform for all ordinances. <br /> The proposed amendment to Article 2.3 .3 would require that <br /> public hearing notices for property for which a Class B Special Use Permit <br /> or variance has been requested would need to be posted at least ten (10) <br /> days prior to the public hearing date. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Hartwell to approve the amendment with an effective date of July 6, 1987. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 10. SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS AMENDMENT - SECTION III-B3 STAFF REVIEW <br /> Greg Szymik presented for consideration an amendment to the Sub- <br /> division Regulations Section III-B-3 which contains the procedure for <br /> Sketch Plan review of subdivision proposals. The proposed revision places <br /> a time limit of one (1) year on the validity of the Planning Staff Sketch <br /> Plan comments and clarifies language in the regulations regarding the <br /> significance of the comments. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commis- <br /> sioner Carey to approve the proposed amendment with an effective date of <br />
