Collins responded that the Homeowners <br /> Association Agreement (with County Attorney ' s <br /> approval ) , will be included with the final plat. <br /> Scott Dorsett, representing the applicant, stated <br /> that the Lattimore ' s home will be the first to be <br /> built in the subdivision and indicated he felt <br /> the applicant would be willing to take whatever <br /> steps necessary to assure the proper replacement <br /> and upkeep of the bridge. <br /> Jacobs asked about the applicant ' s response to <br /> the recommendation from the Orange County <br /> Recreation Department. Mr . Dorsett responded <br /> that the Lattimore ' s expressed willingness to <br /> discuss the recommendation with Ms . Black, <br /> Recreation Director. Jacobs asked about adding a <br /> condition regarding recreation . Collins. <br /> responded that it would have to be a voluntary <br /> contribution . <br /> Pilkey - expressed a concern that in the future <br /> there would be a road going all around the lake. <br /> Mr. Dorsett responded that his clients would be <br /> opposed to such a road . <br /> Jacobs presented the following change and <br /> addition to the conditions as presented by Staff : <br /> Change Condition 12 to read : <br /> That a Community Association of Subdivision <br /> Landowners establish a fund of annual dues to be <br /> applied to replacing the bridge to NCDOT <br /> standards at the time the life span of the bridge <br /> is achieved. <br /> Add Condition /3 : <br /> That the applicant meet with the Orange County <br /> Recreation Director and representatives of the <br /> Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory Board <br /> to discuss voluntary donation or the granting of <br /> an easement of lands in the 100-year floodplain <br />
