029 <br /> 8) to comply with such non-discrimination laws in its educational <br /> and/or employment practices as may be applicable in the <br /> performance of this contract. <br /> II . The University agrees that the School of Pharmacy will: <br /> 1) provide pharmacist staffing sufficient to deliver all of the <br /> activities identified in Appendix A: the staffing pattern to <br /> be followed will be agreed to by the Chairman, Division of <br /> Pharmacy Practice, and the Director of the Health Department; <br /> the activities of all School personnel within the Health <br /> Department shall be the responsibility of the School; assure <br /> that all personnel assigned by the School are adequately <br /> insured for liability/malpractice. <br /> 2) assure that pharmacy services meet all applicable laws, <br /> regulations and standards; <br /> 3) insure the Chairman, Division of Pharmacy Practice, or his <br /> designate's availability on an emergency basis for <br /> administrative or pharmaceutical problems that arise which are <br /> directly related to the consultant pharmacy services at the <br /> Health Department; <br /> 4) provide the supervision and evaluation of undergraduate and/or <br /> graduate students assigned on a rotational basis to receive <br /> experience in the provision of consultant pharmacy services; <br /> student activities may include: assisting the pharmacist in <br /> providing consultant service, participate in projects to <br /> evaluate or improve therapeutics or pharmacy related <br /> activities, present or participate in inservice education <br /> activities; <br /> 5) make available to the Health Department a roster of people <br /> (pharmacists and students) who will be working in fulfillment <br /> of this contract; all personnel changes in the roster will be <br /> submitted in advance to the Director of the Health Department; <br /> 6) render a bill monthly to the Health Department for the agreed <br /> upon fee. <br /> III. This contract shall be effective as of the 1st day of May 1987, and <br /> shall terminate on the 30th day of June 1987. It is agreed that <br /> either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty (30) <br /> days notice to the other party of its intention to do so, said <br /> notice to be in writing. <br />
