5. Installation standards . Each subscriber shall <br /> have a separate drop from the residence to the Feeder Line . <br /> Buildings with more than four units may be treated as apartments. <br /> Installation methods shall be explained to all subscribers. No <br /> drop lines sha'.L1 be spliced . All installation standards and <br /> practices shall be "state-of-the-art. " All installations shall <br /> be done in a workman-like manner using "state-of-the-art" <br /> { <br /> techniques and "state-of-the-art" materials. <br /> 6. Construction manual. Grantee shall provide its <br /> construction crews and any contract construction company with a <br /> construction manual detailing each stage of the construction <br /> process. A copy of this construction manual shall be provided to <br /> the county manager before construction commences. Any comments <br /> and recommendations made by the county manager concerning this <br /> manual shall be considered by grantee and if necessary to meet <br /> the requirements of the franchise or the ordinance, the manual <br /> shall be revised by the grantee . All installations shall be <br /> supervised and inspected by g rantee' s engineers. <br /> C. Channel capacity and system design. Grantee shall <br /> install and maintain a "state-of-the-art" system and abide by all <br /> reasonable requests of the county to upgrade the system. Without <br /> limiting the generality of this requirement: <br /> 1.
