ACCEPTANCE BY PRIME CABLE <br /> INCOME PARTNERS L.P. <br /> OF AMENDMENT TO ORANGE COUNTY <br /> CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE <br /> Prime Cable Income Partners L.P. , a Delaware limited <br /> partnership, d/b/a Carolina Cable, hereby accepts the <br /> amendments to its cable television franchise from Orange <br /> County, North Carolina, as set forth in the ordinance <br /> adopted by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners <br /> entitled "An Ordinance Amending A Franchise To Prime Cable <br /> Income Partners L.P. (hereinafter Carolina Cable) (previously <br /> Village Cable of Orange County, Inc. ) To Construct And <br /> Maintain A Cable Television System Within The Unincorporated <br /> Areas of Orange County, North Carolina, " (the "Ordinance") <br /> adopted on June 16, 1987, and approved on second reading <br /> on July 6, 1987.
