Enclosed with Albert Kittrell ' s copy of this <br /> letter, in addition to the Cable Television System <br /> Ordinance, is the Ordinance Amending A Franchise To <br /> Prime Cable Income Partners L.P. and An Ordinance <br /> Granting A Franchise To Alert Cable TV of North <br /> Carolina, Inc. The latter ordinance contains the new <br /> language proposed by John Hartwell and approved by the <br /> Board on June 16th.
