MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br /> Grey Moody, of 1200 Airport Road, Chapel Hill, <br /> North Carolina, hereby leases to the County of Orange, North <br /> Carolina, 300 West Tryon Street, Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina, for a term beginning the 6th day of July, 1987 , and <br /> continuing for a maximum period of five (5) years, including <br /> extensions and renewals, if any, for the following property: <br /> All that certain lot or parcel of land <br /> situated in the Town of Carrboro, Chapel <br /> Hill Township, Orange County , North <br /> Carolina and more particularly described <br /> as Tract 3 in the July 28 , 1986 deed from <br /> Grey B. Moody and wife Jeanette W. Moody <br /> to Grey B.
