—..,.... <br /> 7/4* <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 13 day of , <br /> 1987 and by and between the Town of Carrboro, a muripip 1 <br /> corporation ("The Town") and Orange County, a body politic <br /> and corporate ("The County") . <br /> WHEREAS the Town and the County have entered into <br /> agreements dated June 27 1983 and July 1 1985, pursuant to <br /> which the County will furnish certain computer services to <br /> the Town; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town wishes to extend those agreements for <br /> one additional year and <br /> WHEREAS, the County is willing to extend those <br /> agreements for one additional year under the circumstances <br /> set forth below; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and <br /> mutual promises set forth below, the parties agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The County shall provide the same level and types <br /> of services for this one year as defined in the previous <br /> agreements dated June 27, 1983 and July 1, 1985. <br /> 2. The cost of this addition year will be $14, 000. 00 <br /> payable on January first of 1988. <br /> 3.
