In the <br /> meantime , any adjustment in fees should be made effective <br /> with the adoption of the interim budget for 1987-88. <br /> The Health Department and the APS have developed projections <br /> according to the three alternative rate proposals . The <br /> alternative proposals are attached. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : As the Board decides . <br />
