It is zoned R <br /> 15 in the Town of Hillsborough ' s jurisdiction . The <br /> owner Is proposing public roads to be constructed to <br /> state standards . <br /> There are thirty-seven (37 ) lots proposed out of a <br /> 19 . 82 acre tract. Each lot is 15 , 000 sq . ft. or <br /> larger. Hillsborough water and sewer is proposed for <br /> the tract. The Land Use Plan designation is 10 year <br /> transition for this area. <br /> A 1985 traffic count on Oakdale Drive indicated 1300 <br /> trips per day east of SR 1006 ( Orange Grove Road) . <br /> Using 9 .51 trips per day per residence, an additional <br /> 352 trips per day would be generated on Oakdale Drive. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on <br /> the application. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> subdivision with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Water and sewer must be available to the site. <br /> 2. Utilities be placed underground consistent with <br /> Section 5 . 14 and 5 . 15 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. Maintenance of the sewer pump station to be as <br /> required by the Town of Hillsborough . <br /> 4 . A voluntary annexation petition is to be filed with <br /> the Town of Hillsborough . <br />
