There are 38 lots proposed out of 45 .02 acres with an <br /> average lot size of 1 .03 acres. The property is zoned Rural <br /> Residential ( R-1 ) and is designated Rural Residential in the <br /> Land Use Plan. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed and commented on the <br /> application. <br /> The developer proposes public roads to be constructed to <br /> State standards . <br /> The Planning Board first reviewed the Preliminary Plan for <br /> this subdivision on April 27, 1987 . The Planning Board vote <br /> at that meeting resulted in a 4-4 tie. Reasons cited by <br /> those who voted denial were: <br /> 1 . Additional efforts to obtain Town of Mebane comments <br /> concerning their position regarding Orange County <br /> action on a subdivision in the City Lake watershed. <br />
