The only comment received was from the City of Durham <br /> and concerned watershed protection in portions of the Flat <br /> and Little River drainage basins, both serving as water <br /> supply watersheds for the City of Durham. <br /> The Little River TAC met on June 3, 1987 and recommended <br /> approval of the proposed Plan with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Inclusion of the Orange County Speedway as an activity <br /> node. (Unanimous vote) <br /> 2. Inclusion of Harris Crossroads Activity Node. ( 4 in <br /> favor, 4 opposed) <br /> 3 . Removal of Berry ' s Grove Activity Node. ( 5 in favor, 3 <br /> opposed) <br /> In separate action, the TAC requested that consideration of <br />
