PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> 111 -6-3 . Staff Bpv]ew , Within thirty (30 ) <br /> days of the submission of the Sketch Plan, <br /> the Planning Director shall review the <br /> proposal for general compliance with the <br /> relevant ordinances, codes, and policies and <br /> for the general suitability of the land for <br /> development and determine the existence of <br /> proposed sites for schools and other public <br /> facilities. The Planning Director shall <br /> notify the subdivider and the Planning Board <br /> of recommendations resulting from this <br /> review . Since the review is based on <br /> ordinances in effect at the time and ordi- <br /> nances are regularly amended, review recoup; <br /> mendatlons can become inaccurate as amend- <br /> ments are adopted . Therefore, this notifi- <br /> cation shall be valid for one ( 1 ) year. <br /> 111 -B-4. Board Approval_ Necessary . Recommen- <br /> dations made In the review of the Sketch <br /> Plan are advisory only. Review of the <br /> Sketch Plan is not an action of approval of <br /> the subdivision . Approval of the subdivi- <br /> sion occurs as a result of an official <br /> action of approval by the Planninj Board or <br /> Board of County Commissioners. <br />
