Indicate that steps ( including handrails) leading <br /> to decks and/or the mobile home will be installed <br /> in accordance with the N.C. Typical mobile home elevations shall be shown on the <br /> approved final site plan which : <br /> a. Indicate the uniform type of foundation enclosure <br /> or skirting to be provided on each mobile home. <br /> b . Indicate the location and size of permanent site <br /> number signs in accordance with Article 7 . 20 (PD- <br /> MHP) of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> (DELETE - INFORMATION PROVIDED ON REVISED SITE PLAN <br /> WHICH ADDRESSES THIS CONDITION) <br /> 21 . The approved final site plan shall show the location <br /> of all traffic control signs in the park . The signs <br /> shall be installed in accordance with the standards of <br /> the Uniform Traffic Control Manual . <br /> ( DELETE - INFORMATION PROVIDED ON SITE PLAN WHICH <br /> ADDRESSES THIS CONDITION) <br /> 22 . A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> public improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> developer. <br /> 24. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br /> incorporating all changes, deletions and additions <br /> through the final approval of the project are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br /> Development Special Use Permit. A copy of the final <br /> site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. Grading and building <br /> permits, upon application, will be issued after <br /> approval and recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br />
