Prior to the initiation of construction activity, <br /> final approval by the State must be obtained for the <br /> community well system and the community low pressure <br /> wastewater disposal facility. <br /> 12. In <br /> addition, Orange County shall inspect the installation <br /> of control devices and the on-going work for the total <br /> project. The project shall at all times meet the <br /> requirements of the Orange County Soil Erosion and <br /> Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br /> 16 . The project must remain in unitary ownership and no <br /> lots can be sold to individuals. <br /> 17 . A unit numbering system and corresponding unit <br /> location based on the equal interval numbering system <br /> employed by Orange County shall be submitted to and <br /> approved by the Planning Department prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permit. This system shall be <br /> used in obtaining and issuing any building permit. <br /> Any change in the unit numbering system must be filed <br /> with the Orange County Planning Department. An <br /> approved copy shall also be filed with the <br /> emergency/fire service agency serving the park. <br /> 18.
