The property is located west of <br /> the present Wildwood Subdivision off NC 86 in Hillsborough Township. <br /> The property is designated Ten Year Transition in the Land Use Plan. <br /> The present zoning of the property is Residential-2 (R-2) . The applicant <br /> is requesting that the zoning classification be changed to Residential-4 <br /> (R-4) . <br /> A similar request (R-1 to R-4) was made by the applicant in November, <br /> 1985.
