This system shall be <br /> used in obtaining and issuing any building permit. <br /> Any change in the unit numbering system must be filed <br /> with the Orange County Planning Department. An <br /> approved copy shall also be filed with the <br /> emergency/fire service agency serving the park . <br /> 14. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> public improvements shall be recorded by the <br /> developer. <br /> 15 . The final site plan and narrative of the project <br /> incorporating all changes, deletions and additions <br /> through the final approval of the project are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br /> Development Special Use Permit. A copy of the final <br /> site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. Grading and building <br /> permits, upon application, will be issued after <br /> approval and recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 16 . The development shall be built and operated according <br /> to the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br /> developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br /> 17 . That if any of the above conditions is held invalid, <br /> this approval shall be void . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the request based on the <br /> Planning Board ' s findings, including the recommended <br /> conditions of approval . <br />
