PD-MHP. . <br /> IMPACTS/ ISSUES: Article 5. 1 . 1 contains the required minimum <br /> ratios for Planned Developments. The <br /> Article as it presently exists does not <br /> contain minimum required recreation space <br /> ratios for Planned Development-Mobile Home <br /> Parks. This raises the question of whether <br /> recreation space can be required for mobile <br /> home parks when no minimum is specified. <br /> Not requiring recreation space is undesir- <br /> able and, since it is required of other <br /> Planned Developments, inequitable.
