Water and sewer must be available to the site. <br /> 2. Utilities be placed underground consistent with <br /> Section 5 . 14 and 5 . 15 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. Maintenance of the sewer pump station to be as <br /> required by the Town of Hillsborough . <br /> 4 . A voluntary annexation petition is to be filed <br /> with the Town of Hillsborough . <br /> 5 . The Final Plat be sent to the Hillsborough <br /> Planning Board for their review. <br /> 6 . A chain link fence be erected around the Wet <br /> Pond for safety of youngsters. <br /> 7 . The Common Area/Stream Buffer be designated as <br /> a lot with size on survey and this area be the <br /> responsibility of a Homeowner ' s Association <br /> especially for maintenance purposes. <br /> 8 . Construct a 121x1501 right turn taper in Phase <br /> I on SR 1133, Oakdale Drive. <br /> 9 . Construct a left turn lane on SR 1133, Oakdale <br /> Drive, for Phase 2. <br /> To adhere to time limits in the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance the Planning Board must act on this by <br /> June 26, 1987 . <br /> Pilkey indicated that the Hillsborough Town Board <br /> will be reviewing their certification policy at <br /> their meeting tonight. <br /> Warren Gates, developer, stated he preferred that <br /> the Planning Board consider this subdivision as any <br /> policy changes or conditions would be adhered to by <br /> him. <br /> Jacobs reminded the Board members of the reason for <br /> previous delay of this subdivision request having <br /> to do with policy regarding certification of <br /> improvements . <br /> Collins informed the Board that at the Board of <br /> Commissioners meeting on June 16 the policy change <br /> is on the agenda. Following that policy decision, <br /> there is another subdivision which is in the same <br /> situation (McAdams Estates) . If the Board does not <br /> approve the policy, they will not consider McAdams <br /> Estates. Gatemoore will be in the same position if <br />
