The proposed policy was recommended for <br /> approval by the Planning Board at its June 9, 1987 meeting. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the policy at its <br /> June 16, 1987 meeting. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property is located in Hillsborough Township on the <br /> north side of Oakdale Drive (SR 1133) . It is zoned R-15 in <br /> the Town of Hillsborough's jurisdiction. The owner is <br /> proposing public roads to be constructed to state standards. <br /> There are thirty-seven (37) lots proposed out of a 19.82 <br /> acre tract. Each lot is 15,000 sq. ft. or larger. <br /> Hillsborough water and sewer is proposed for the tract. The <br /> Land Use Plan designation is 10 year transition for this <br /> area. <br /> A 1985 traffic count on Oakdale Drive indicated 1300 trips <br /> per day east of SR 1006 (Orange Grove Road) .
