It is a 31 .66 acre tract <br /> with 14 lots proposed. The average lot size is <br /> 2. 05 acres. The developer proposes a public road <br /> (Quailview Road) built to state standards. The <br /> property is zoned Rural Buffer and designated Rural <br /> Buffer and PW- II in the Joint Land Use Plan. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed the <br /> application. The Recreation Department is <br /> recommending pedestrian access from Quailview Road <br /> to the proposed greenway.
