Pilkey continued, asking why the <br /> developers were not being encouraged to use <br /> Hillsborough water supply. The developers <br /> responded that the Town of Hillsborough had water <br /> pressure problems in that area. <br /> Jacobs expressed concern with promoting orderly <br /> growth of the Town and noted that there are places <br /> where more intense development is appropriate and <br /> where water and sewer are or can be available. <br /> Discussion of R-20 zoning, 20, 000 square foot lots <br /> followed.
