Edward Wright <br /> Subdivision I see only one element warranting comment from a <br /> recreation and park perspective; namely, the property's location <br /> within the Joint Planning Area, thus requiring dedication of <br /> property for public recreation/park use. In that no such areas are <br /> designated within this property on the Land Use Plan I would <br /> recommend that the Commissioners accept payment-in-lieu of <br /> dedication. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to provide these staff comments.
