Following adoption, the <br /> 7 Schedules will be appealable to the State Property Tax Commission for thirty (30) days. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 The timeline for the 2017 Reappraisal Schedule of Values adoption process is as <br /> 10 follows: <br /> 11 • September 6, 2016: Submission to Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> 12 • September 7, 2016: Advertise in newspaper <br /> 13 • September 20, 2016: Public hearing on SOV <br /> 14 • October 4, 2016: Adoption of SOV <br /> 15 • October 5, 2016: Publish 1st notice of adoption <br /> 16 • October 12, 2016: Publish 2nd notice of adoption <br /> 17 • October 19, 2016: Publish 3rd notice of adoption <br /> 18 • October 26, 2016: Publish 4th notice of adoption <br /> 19 • November 3, 2016: Last day for taxpayer to appeal the SOV <br /> 20 <br /> 21 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> 22 close the public hearing. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 25 <br /> 26 6. Consent Agenda <br /> 27 • Removal of Any Items from Consent Agenda <br /> 28 Commissioner Pelissier pulled item 6-b <br /> 29 • Approval of Remaining Consent Agenda <br /> 30 <br /> 31 A motion was made by Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Commissioner <br /> 32 Rich to approve the remaining items on the Consent Agenda. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 35 <br /> 36 • Discussion and Approval of the Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br /> 37 <br /> 38 b. Re-naming of the Orange County Farmers' Market Pavilion to the David <br /> 39 Price Farmers' Market Pavilion <br /> 40 The Board considered a resolution re-naming the Orange County Farmers' <br /> 41 Market Pavilion to the David Price Farmers' Market Pavilion and authorizing the Chair to <br /> 42 sign. <br /> 43 Commissioner Pelissier said she had petitioned the Board to discuss a re- <br /> 44 naming facility policy before bringing this item back. <br /> 45 Commissioner Pelissier said she will vote against this since there is not a policy <br /> 46 in place yet. <br />
