Commissioner Dorosin. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Commissioner Dorosin: So if this permit gets approved, what is the timetable from starting <br /> 10 construction to it being up and running. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Brian Quinlan: It's about a six-month process, basically, to build the finished design, and then <br /> 13 build the system. So the construction period is about six months. It's actually the shortest <br /> 14 period of all the process that we go through. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Chair McKee: Other questions? Commissioner Rich. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Commissioner Rich: Are the panels made in America? <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Brian Quinlan: These panels —we haven't finalized selection — but I would say probably they <br /> 21 will not be made in America. There are only two panel manufacturers in the US at this point. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Commissioner Rich: That is sad. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Brian Quinlan: It is. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Chair McKee: Does that conclude everyone that you all had that you wished to speak? <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Merrick Parrot: Yes, that concludes our testimony for this evening. As Mr. Quinlan stated, we <br /> 30 believe we have met all of the applicable standards of the UDO. We believe that we have met <br /> 31 our burden as the Applicant to provide competent material and substantial evidence here this <br /> 32 evening, and ask that you do approve the Special Use Permit in front of you. I understand that <br /> 33 there may be additional people speaking tonight, and want to reserve the right to rebut or ask <br /> 34 cross-examination as needed.
