PUBLIC HEARING —QUASI JUDICIAL ITEMS <br /> 39 <br /> 40 1. Application for a Class A Special Use Permit—To review a Special Use Permit <br /> 41 application seeking to develop a solar array/public utility station on a 52 acre parcel of <br /> 42 property (PIN 9835-02-9137, no address assigned yet) which is accessed via an <br /> 43 easement from 6519 U.S. Highway 70 West within the Cheeks Township. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Chair McKee said for the project, the purpose of the meeting is as follows: <br /> 46 To review a Class A Special Use Permit application seeking to develop a solar <br /> 47 array/public utility station on a 52 acre parcel of property further identified utilizing PIN <br /> 48 9835-02-9137, which is accessed via an easement from 6519 U.S. Highway 70 West <br /> 49 within the Cheeks Township. <br /> 50 <br />
